    • Can I cancel my subscription ?

    You can cancel anytime by logging into your account and going to the section called “Subscriptions.”

    When will I receive my Gin-a-Month?

    After placing your order, you will receive your Gin-a-Month via Australia Post regular parcel post, which takes 2-5 days, depending upon your location. At this time we can’t delay processing your order to a specific date, so if there’s a special occasion it’s required for, please check delivery times to your location from Melbourne, and allow an extra 2 days processing time. Keep in mind we only process orders Monday to Friday, so if you order at the weekend, it will be processed on the Monday.

    What date will the monthly payments come out of my account?

    Payments are processed on the day you order, with renewal payments being processed on the same day of each of the following months.

    Can the Gin-a-Month subscription be shipped overseas?

    At this stage we are only able to send our Gin-A-Month subscription to New Zealand. We hope to be able to offer this service to other parts of the world in the near future.
