(Distiller Series #1). This is a blend of styles. A Yarra-style Spanish gin. Spanish botanicals: Cornicabra olive leaf, almond and fresh rosemary, with Australian natives: lemon & anise myrtle. Tempranillo spirit base. Bright, savoury and clean gin with a citrus spike. Best served in a dirty martini. (42.8% ABV).
