Homage to the gunpowder and sail era. Stripped back gin with rye flavour and heaps of juniper. Subtle notes of local & native pink peppercorns, ribbon gum leaves and myrtles: cinnamon, lemon, and aniseed. A dry martini, or a Navy pink gin or gimlet. 58% ABV.
