Distilled with ten botanicals, five of which are locally and organically grown Australian natives, being myrtles of lemon, cinnamon and aniseed, as well as wattleseed & strawberry gum. The Australian botanicals lend a more singular flavour profile to the classic gin finishing. Best served as a martini or neat. 50% ABV.
