Description
Inspired by sunrise swims through Manly’s famed marine sanctuary. The bright, fresh citrus nose, balanced with gentle peppery notes on the palate delivers a complex and savoury finish. Achieved using 10 botanicals, some traditional, but also notably orange peel, sea lettuce, finger lime, anise myrtle & mountain pepper leaf. Serve as a Gin & Tonic garnished with a slice of orange. ABV 43%.
