Crystal clear. Aromas of lemon peel, semi-ripe pear, anise and liquorice root over distant piney juniper. Soft and round with medium dry flavours of anise, blackpepper and sweet oregano. Finish is deliciously fresh, anise-heavy with hints of peppermint in the fade. Surprisingly dry for an Old Tom style.
