With 13 botanicals, this gin really exemplifies their desire to highlight native Australian ingredients – cinnamon myrtle, Tasmanian pepper berries/leaf (see image) and lemon scented tea tree leaf with a backbone of traditional juniper & coriander. The champagne colour comes from a soak of lemon scented tea tree after distillation. An aromatic gin with bright and vibrant hints of citrus. Serve simply with ice, with a splash of tonic with citrus, or a splash of San Pellegrino grapefruit. Try with a classic martini. ABV 40%.
