We enjoyed a fabulous World Gin Day last weekend thanks to Jess at the Gin Palace and all the gin enthusiasts who played along at home.

Jess stepped us all through how to make the perfect G&T three ways, a dry martini, two types of Negronis, how to sip gin neat and so much more.

In case you missed it, we have all the videos available to watch at anytime on the Gintonica YouTube Channel. There you will also see some really cool interviews from some of Australia’s best craft distillers which are food for the gin lovers soul.

Not only did the day have many of us making some magnificent gin drinks we took away some learnings.  Firstly we learned that you can have more than a few cocktails in one afternoon – oopsies.  We also learned that our customers are not as fiercely loyal to the old faves such as the G&T, Negroni and the classic dry Martini than we previously thought.  That many of our customers are a bit adventurous when it comes to gins.  And we are soo here for that!

So here it is, our list of the most popular gin cocktails (after the G&T, Negroni & Martini).  Let me tell you they are all as delicious as each other and definitely worth a try.
