Ink Gin

Description

Has bold aromas of juniper and lemon myrtle and sweet notes of orange and coriander. The taste is of juniper, pepperberry and spice followed by woody notes and citrus peel. It finishes with a dry citrus astringency. Try as an Inkwell Martini (see website), G&T, Aviation or Elderflower Tom Collins. Garnishes: fresh citrus: mandarin peel, grapefruit, lime or orange, rosemary, mint or strawberry. 43% ABV.
