Bramble
Ingredients
- 50ml London Dry Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- ¾tbsp sugar syrup
- ice cubes
- crushed ice
- ¾tbsp crème de mure
Garnish
- 1 lemon slice and a blackberry (if in season) to serve
- Shake the Gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with a good handful of ice cubes then strain into a rocks glass full of crushed ice. Drizzle the crème de mure over the top so it ‘bleeds’ into the drink. Garnish with the lemon slice and blackberry, if using
Southside
Ingredients
- 2 shots gin
- 25ml shot fresh lemon juice
- 25ml shot simple syrup
- 6-8 mint leaves
Garnish
- 1 floating mint leaf
Method
- Add all the ingredients (including mint leaves) to your shaker.
- Shake hard over ice for 10-15 seconds.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Float the mint leaf on top.
Charlie Chaplin
Ingredients

25 ml Apricot Brandy

25 ml Sloe Gin

Garnish
- Lime peel
Method
- Add lime juice, apricot brandy, sloe gin and ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Shake, then strain into a martini glass.
- Garnish with a lime peel
French 75
Ingredients
Method

In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup; fill with ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled Champagne flute or highball glass (partly filled with ice, if preferred).
- Top with sparkling wine until filled. Garnish with a lemon twist
