A spice that originally comes from the south of India and Sri Lanka. Nowadays, it’s also cultivated in Guatemala –the world’s main exporter -and in Nepal, Thailand and Central America.
Contribution: Provides a very unique exotic aroma and a flavour that is somewhere between sweet and spicy.
Combines with: Dry or spiced gins such as Mare, Magellan, Citadelle, Plymouth, G’Vine or Seagram’s.
How to use: Directly in the glass: Use your fingers to gently press a few berries and add to your drink. Either grinded or infused, alone or together with other botanicals.
