Despite its name, like allspice (also known as Jamaican Pepper), it is not a real pepper, but a spice from a bush found in tropical and subtropical areas of South America.
Contribution: Adds colour and a citric flavour that is sweet and at the same time a little spicy.
How to use:Put two or three corns directly in the glass for some extra colour and flavour. For a more intense effect you can infuse the pink pepper in the selected spirit, either alone or with other peppers.
Contains: 47g of pink peppercorns
