In addition to pure clean Tasmanian water this uniquely flavoured gin is handcrafted from the finest ingredients with 12 botanicals sourced from Tasmania and around the world. Botanicals: Juniper Berries, Coriander Seeds, Cassia Bark Chips (Cinnamon), Liquorice Sticks (Chinese), Angelica Root, Tas Native Pepper Berries, Orris Root, Cardamom, Star Anise, Lemon Myrtle, Macadamia Nuts and Dried Lemon Peel.

Serving suggestion:

Poltergeist Gin Jam Cocktail

45ml Poltergeist Gin

15ml Dry Cassis

15ml fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon of strawberry jam

Pour ingredients into a cocktail shaker.  Agitate vigorously before straining into an iced highball glass. Top with soda water and garnish with sprigs of rosemary & mint.
