A winter seasonal, limited edition release. Savoury in style, fresh black truffle (locally grown) is paired with complementary flavours such as black pepper, juniper, coriander and salt to create a very different style of gin. This works beautifully in a dry martini with olives and a dash of olive brine. 40% ABV.
