Description

Fruity notes of fresh oranges, lemons and strawberries with aromatic herbal fragrances from fennel, vanilla and lime flower are the key characteristics. A soft, sweet palate with a lingering finish. The distiller’s aim is to recreate a bright, sunny spring day at the Estate. Apart from a G&T, serve in a summer cup. 42.5% ABV.
