A contemporary Australian gin made using 14 botanicals. Wild-grown Snowy Mountain pepperberries link bold, earthy juniper with a lively threesome of organically grown citrus from the family farm. Mountain spring water, with its unique minerals, softens the gin and help provide a smooth, multilayered, delicious finish that doesn’t overpower the palate. It makes an outstanding G&T and can be garnished with cucumber and pepper berry leaves. 40% ABV.
